A VOICE OF SANITY FROM THE ASYLUM

Just as Gaza is the largest prison on the planet, Israel is the largest insane asylum in the Middle East. It is run by madmen, inspired by even some who are madder.
There is no logic to what goes on here. Israel needs peace to continue existing. That is a fact that cannot be argued, but at the same time She does everything possible to prevent that peace from ever becoming a reality.
The solution can be simple, but has to be applied…. starting with the recognition of the Palestinians as human beings. Along with that, recognition of Palestine as a nation, not as part of the ‘Greater Israel’ that they wish to create. The occupation must end, the atrocities must end, the genocide must end. Only then will there be a possibility of that peace. Israel must do everything in it’s power to get it’s ‘Partner in Peace’, Egypt, to cooperate as well instead of continuing their own aggression towards the Palestinians. In reality, Egypt has become the new ‘Gatekeeper’ at the Gaza border instead of a potential friend.
HaAretz had a brilliant editorial in their Weekend Edition this week, almost as if they read my post of a week ago regarding Freedom…
As things stand at the moment, the Palestinians do not have Freedom, so they have nothing to lose…. it’s as simple as that!

The Qassam attacks will end only when the Palestinians have something to lose. This has so far not come about through Israeli retaliatory actions; it may occur if the blockade is lifted in the Gaza Strip, at least in the southern border.
Israel has everything to lose if it continues with the present madness… it’s very life is at stake unless the few voices of sanity are listened to.
