UNMONITORED ANTI SEMITISM IN THE JEWISH COMMUNITY

Jewish anti Semitism is nothing new…. it was found even in the villages of Eastern Europe. There weren’t any Palestinians to hate so they hated each other…. The Russian Jews hated the Polish Jews, the Polish Jews hated the Hungarian Jews, and so on and so on…

The hatred continued as they established new lives in the ‘New World’…. but with a new victim, the Sephardi Jew. All of the Eastern European Jews were able to unite against Jews from North Africa and Spain. They were different… they even spoke a different language from their own, therefore they must be hated.

There was a family living next door to us when I was a child, Abraham and Sarah COHEN…. they had a son named Isaac….. how Jewish could that be? BUT…. they came from Spain and spoke Ladino. They prayed in a Sephardic synagogue…. they were not to be trusted or befriended. Then there was the Dweck family, Jews from Syria…. same thing….

Ignorance was once considered bliss…. I consider it dangerous and a road to hatred. This road is still traveled today as decedents of the old world Jews set up new lives in still another new land, a land they call Israel. Here we see hatred of Jew against Jew on a much larger scale…

We see it in a segregated educational system.

We see it in segregated bus lines.

We see it when a woman attempts to pray at the Western Wall.

We see it when Jews attack Jews of different political opinions.

We see it when zionists attack Jews of different sexual orientations.

We see it when the chief rabbi of Israel attacks the Jewish Reform Movement.

All of the above is pure, unadulterated hatred. If any of those examples were the doings of non Jews, groups like the ADL would be in there ready to rumble…. BUT these examples are Jews against Jews, men against women, all results of ignorance and intolerance. All examples of unmonitored anti Semitism within the Jewish community.

Foxman and his ilk would actually do the Jewish community justice by relocating their offices to Jerusalem where they would find REAL examples of anti Semitism …. amongst the Jews themselves, instead of fabricating the ones they have been ranting about.
