ISRAEL TO MOVE ITS ‘TROOPS’ TO THE BLOGESPHERE

Despite the ‘Cease-Fire’, Israel is still worried about its image….
They have successfully barred the Western news media from seeing what is really happening…. now they are targeting Bloggers, again proving the strength of the Blogesphere and the influence it holds.

What they mean by ‘combat’ remains a mystery….. will they continue to hack into our blogs and try to shut us down one way or another? Will they add their poisonous comments to our pages? They are already doing those things….. so it will be interesting to see what they have in store for us.

As for me, I will continue as I have presenting the Palestinian side of the conflict. If Israel can’t live with that, it will be OK 😉

The following is a report on this situation…..

Israel recruits ‘army of bloggers’ to combat anti-Zionist Web sites

By Cnaan Liphshiz
The Immigrant Absorption Ministry announced on Sunday it was setting up an “army of bloggers,” to be made up of Israelis who speak a second language, to represent Israel in “anti-Zionist blogs” in English, French, Spanish and German.

The program’s first volunteer was Sandrine Pitousi, 31, from Kfar Maimon, situated five kilometers from Gaza. “I heard about the project over the radio and decided to join because I’m living in the middle of the conflict,” she said.

Before hanging up the phone prematurely following a Color Red rocket alert, Pitousi, who immigrated to Israel from France in 1993, said she had some experience with public relations from managing a production company.

“During the war, we looked for a way to contribute to the effort,” the ministry’s director general, Erez Halfon, told Haaretz. “We turned to this enormous reservoir of more than a million people with a second mother tongue.” Other languages in which bloggers are sought include Russian and Portuguese.

Halfon said volunteers who send the Absorption Ministry their contact details by e-mail, at media@moia.gov.il, will be registered according to language, and then passed on to the Foreign Ministry’s media department, whose personnel will direct the volunteers to Web sites deemed “problematic.”

Within 30 minutes of announcing the program, which was approved by the Foreign Ministry on Sunday, five volunteers were already in touch, Halfon said.

Is THIS what Israel is worried about?

My guess is they are getting the lawyers ready.
Bombing schools and UN buildings and killing kids makes you look worst then the people you claim to be fighting, does it not?
Can’t wait to hear Israels defence.

It is a good thing to be aware that such practices are going on. Everyone has agendas these days. If it were not enough that MSMs purpose is propaganda or sales rather than objective facts, even posters may represent special interests. We need to always have our eyes wide open!

the nazis did the same thing during their war crimes trials
dont spend one second trying to get war criminals to admit they are war criminals.
just present the evidence to the peoples of the world and get the peoples conviction.
THEN WE WILL START WITH THE PUNISHMENTS OF THE WAR CRIMNALS AFTER WE HAVE PEOPLES VERDICT!

their morality has been shot to pieces by their inability to feel compassion for their fellow man, these people have been programed that way by their elitist masters to do a job, try and take over the middle east that is why the west says few words against israel when ever it is on an ethnic cleansing spree .

As a strategy and communications consultant I can assure you all that the harder Israel tries, the more transparent her inauthentic ‘truth’ will be to the world. You can use good PR and communications to sell something that people want or are curious to get acquainted with but no matter how hard you try, you really can’t get people to buy something they know to be essentially inauthentic. And there is not much that is more inauthentic than the Mark Regevs and that army lady and all the rest. So let them dig themselves into an ever deeper hole. What really troubles me is the large number of my fellow Jews who are throwing up the anti-Semite card in everyone’s face like a football ref gone red card crazy. Luckily I can’t be an anti-Semite; no I have the honor of being a self-hating Jew. Can anyone see which finger I am holding up 🙂

I started running under proxy servers occasionally and am now using a key scrambler full time. Believe me, it has nothing to do with protecting my privacy online, or my email and telephone privacy, because evidently they went the way of the dodo a long time ago.

I will continue to fight for the oppressed Palestinian people, and anyone who views me as enough of a threat to attempt to shut me down obviously has a guilty conscience. I take comfort in the knowledge that these ugly-natured people’s Kharma will catch up with them eventually, I just wish it wouldn’t take so long sometimes.

Well, one thing for sure, Palestinian Mothers is on the top of their list.
The amount of zionazis who are coming there since the assault on Gaza is mind boggling.
I am surprised that you do not have the site on your list if links, best site on the net, most informative, loving, wise, a real community that watches out for each other, highly aware, your friend Ben Heine and Sabbah are there, I really do wish you would add the site to your list, since I have checked out most of your links and much to my surprise many of them are no longer posting, some for over two years, others are not there the domains are gone. You get so much traffic, if I were you, I would update my links and make sure they are ones that are still there, are active, and that you still support the sites.
The reason being, is people put a lot of trust in you so when you post links people take it very seriously and check them out as I have done.
It is a waste of time to go to links that are not there, as I said the domain is no loner being used in many.
Since you have so many dud links that are obsolete, why not add the best site on the net?
Palestinian Mothers, the documentation of photos, articles and videos is mind boggling:

In addition to the official spokesholes sent out among the interwebs to combat any comment that might make Israel cry, there is a near unlimited pool of useful idiots (sayan, essentially) ready to use any and all tactics to silence those who have an opinion contrary to the Zionist narrative.

I feel the danger is very real. I am thankful for voices such as Steve’s and others who demonstrate that it is a lie to think this view is universal.

If you see people making comments with fragments of legitimate criticism or pro-Palestinian slogans, mixed with over-the-top anti-Semitic rhetoric you’ll know who your dealing with.

Sort of False Flag postings one might say.

“By way of deception, thou shalt do war.”

The use of propaganda is not something that should be thought of as especially surprising, especially when you consider that those giving the orders likely had opportunities to learn from people who experienced the true masters of propaganda … although that may not necessarily be the case anymore. For the past eight years the United States has demonstrated, under the criminally negligent leadership of George W. Bush, that you can do just about anything so long as you provide enough disinformation to persuade the people that you are right.

Even when a majority of the people no longer believed that he was right about the war in Iraq (I won’t comment about those that continue to believe what he himself has confessed to be a war begun on false information and deceptions) the die had been set: the White House propaganda office – I mean Press Secretary – continued to hold the party line, pouring out the lies that masqueraded as truth even though the world could see right through the obfuscations.

No, I’m sorry, Israel really doesn’t have much on the United States here: cheating, being deceptive … stealing an election … are you kidding me? Quite frankly, hearing that a bunch of Zionists are being drafted to blog is not a surprise – save for the fact that it did not start years ago (of course it did … now it is only being talked about openly).

Wake up, my friends – this is not even worthy of the mildest conspiracy theorists – the Internet has been, at times, described as the last bastion of democracy … well, I must disagree. As I write this I am watching the car with Barack Obama driving towards the White House for the coffee meeting with Bush before his inauguration. Watching what has taken place over the past several months since the historic election of this man I can say without hesitation that the Internet is not democratic – no place that protects the right of people to look at child pornography can be described as democratic. Is there a perfect democracy in the world? Certainly not, but seeing a man who has been judged by the content of his character rather than the colour of his skin certainly gives me hope.

Israel could take several lessons from the book of Obama – most of which involving the concept of reconciliation. Living together in peace is not just something to aspire to, it is an obligation we have as humans. On this count Israel fails.

Let their bloggers blog – they will all be writing from indefensible positions.
