It’s been almost 6 months since AG Holder made the announcement to hold the terrorism trial of Khalid Sheik Mohammed in New York City. Almost immediately, most Republican politicians, many Democrats politicians and most New Yorkers protested. Holder and O’Bama said that they would think about it. After 6 months you’d think that anyone who had half a brain would have said “Yes” or “No”.

There is only one reason that I can see for delaying the call: politics. They are waiting for the November election to announce their decision. If it’s going to be a civilian court, it will be after the election. If it will be a military court, it will be sometime in October. That way, the Dems will have the least damage to their chances.

    What are your thoughts?

It’s good to see so many Japanese people in attendance though I doubt what sort of impact, if any, it will have (and I really don’t mean to sound pessimistic…)

Bangladesh agrees nuclear power deal with Russia

“Bangladesh has agreed to build two new nuclear power plants with Russian help as the country looks to close a yawning power deficit. ..”

I wonder where the people would go when a nuclear disaster would strike. Should consider Thorium based plant instead which is “supposed” to be safer!
