Golda Meir told Poland: Don’t send sick or disabled Jews to Israel
In 1958, then-foreign minister Golda Meir raised the possibility of preventing handicapped and sick Polish Jews from immigrating to Israel, a recently discovered Foreign Ministry document has revealed.
“A proposal was raised in the coordination committee to inform the Polish government that we want to institute selection in aliyah, because we cannot continue accepting sick and handicapped people. Please give your opinion as to whether this can be explained to the Poles without hurting immigration,” read the document, written by Meir to Israel’s ambassador to Poland, Katriel Katz.
The letter, marked “top secret” and written in April 1958, shortly after Meir became foreign minister, was uncovered by Prof. Szymon Rudnicki, a Polish historian at the University of Warsaw.

Well, apparently the Jews in power in Israel DID learn something from the Holocaust after all, they learned about the racial purity laws that Hitler passed in order to prevent the German race from becoming unnecessarily ‘tainted’ by weakened genes through the inclusion of disabled individuals.
People with disabilities, in Nazi Germany, were regularly sterilized (Germans, that is) so that they couldn’t ‘pass on’ their infirmities to their children. By creating that memo Golda Meir demonstrated that the State of Israel was, in effect, founded upon a seed of evil that may never be purged – it has grown to such an extent that it permeates every element of the society; it is so ingrown it may be impossible to disentangle the roots from the wicked web of deceit that has been left behind.
Some may argue that the desire to want only ‘well bodied’ immigrants was in the best interest of the young nation, but that is a straw man argument for the simple reason that the ‘State’ of Israel was – ostensibly – created as a safe haven for ALL Jews, not only the ones who could effectively kill an Arab in a potential conflict.
Wanting to have a ‘standing’ army is not a reason to restrict the immigration of those who need may be in need of a ‘safe haven’ more than anyone else. It merely points out the ingrained prejudice that existed – and still exists, only being manifested in different forms – in the modern State of Israel. The government is an enemy of the people – of the Jews and the Palestinians, and the Christians and the Muslims – the Israeli government is as illegitimate as any despotic government that the West chooses to condemn, only this one receives American aid.

If they’re going to cull the herd they can start with the dumb-ass Repuplicants who have been doing nothing but obstructing the process of creating true health care reform. Then the ‘tea party’ folks, the fans of Rush Limbaugh and all viewers of Cluster Fox – that should be good for a start.
See what happens when you start tossing around silly terms like ‘cull the herd’ – it can go both ways. Granny can get out her rolling pin and beat the bejeezus out of some of those right(wrong)wing-nuts – and she’ll leave a mark or two before she has to sit down to take some O2.
