SICK AND TIRED OF THE ‘JEW THING’

When will people realise that not all Jews are zionists? When will these same people realise that not all zionists are Jews?

As I browse through pro Palestinian Blogs, many written by Palestinians themselves, I see a growing trend of subtle anti-Semitism. This manifests itself in a few ways, one is the way the word Jew or Jewish is spelled…. with a lower case ‘j’. This is an insult to all Jews, both in Israel and abroad.

As can seen in this chart, most Jews do not live in Israel…. (Source of Chart)

Total population 13,155,000 Regions with significant populations Israel 5,393,000

United States 5,275,000

Among the Diaspora Jews, there is a growing trend of not supporting the genocidal policies of the zionist state. There has also been a significant drop in visits made by these people to Israel. On a daily basis, more and more Jews are expressing their disgust with zionism.

From the likes of a Foxman I do not expect to see a differentiation between trends of anti-Semitism or anti zionism. These people are not only the enemies of the Palestinian people, they are, in effect, enemies of the Jews themselves. From those who support the Palestinian cause I expect a different attitude. We must all work together…. Muslims, Christians and Jews. We must not alienate each other. Those of us that are involved in the actual struggle realise this for the most part, it is just a handful that seem not to.

Bottom line is that I am ‘sick and tired of the Jew thing’……. let’s pull together. Only then will we see a victory and the creation of a Palestinian State.

    @DP

    Please don’t feel down:o(

It must be so hard for you, living in Israel with your political views. I can’t imagine how I’d feel if my own country were doing this and I could do nothing to stop it. You are right, I think people are getting caught up in the anger at Israel recently stating they will not make peace with Palestine and their statement regarding protection of war criminals from Goldstone. For what it’s worth, whilst I cannot speak for what is in the minds of everyone, I think this stems from anger and sheer frustration of feeling like we are getting nowhere. This does not make it “ok” and we must “check” ourselves when we write. And we must always remember that people like yourself and Gilad and so many others are strong defenders of Palestinian rights and equality.

You are too far away, otherwise I’d have you over for yarn and a wee cuppa by the fire for a cheer up, it’s cold here LOL. So you’ll just have to imagine it ;o)

in the meantime this is for you:

chin up, you are appreciated by more than you know!

    God willing

I hate what Israel has created in this world. I hate that good people are marginalised, I hate that innocent people are killed in the name of a nationalism called Zionism. I hate that everyday I cannot have my life back, that I constantly have those images in my head for the rest of my life. I hate that I can’t have one single day where I dont think of the situaion in Palestine. I hate that my moral compass is such that I cannot ever walk away from this because the guilt would be overpowering. I hate that I understand that I will be in this same situation until I die of old age or Palestine becomes free.

But most of all, I hate that when I meet new people I wonder if they support Israel, before I think of being their friend.

Why can’t Israel see they are loosing this fight one person at a time. Once one person is lost, they cannot be retrieved, no matter how much hasbara israel spreads.

The only way back is for Israel to change

To quote Irish4Palestine: “… most of all, I hate that when I meet new people I wonder if they support Israel, before I think of being their friend.” This statement really resonates with me – I met a lovely young woman a few years ago who I thought might be ‘the one’ – she was very intelligent, had a wonderful sense of humour and could carry on a conversation without needing to look up what she was talking about. An intellectually challenging individual whom I found extremely intriguing and attractive. On top of all of that, she was also Jewish; what a bonus – one of the first times I had actually found myself involved with a Jewish girl … and then, one day our conversation turned to the issue of Israel.

It is amazing how easily passion can be turned towards the ‘wet noodle’ state when someone seems to deviate from the ideals you thought they espoused. After all of our conversations I had not expected to find that my friend was also a Zionist. She would say that she believed that the Palestinians should have their own home, but Israel was ‘for the Jews’. At what cost? What price is land worth, and when does conflict resolution end and genocide begin? These were questions that could not be answered as easily as others and, ultimately, which led me to ‘giver her space’ and not pursue anything more than a casual friendship.

It is painful when you encounter ignorance that cannot be resolved with a few words of wisdom and experience, but the individual who has entrenched their opinions with the propaganda of the Zionists is often impossible to discuss things rationally with, they are fanatical about their views and cling to them as though they are part of their identity as Jews. This is a type of thinking that is impossible to counter with logic or reasoning. The last thing I want to do is begin my own blood feud with someone that I had been interested in having a relationship with; arguing about Israel is hardly the way to establish a lasting relationship.

What is totally maddening is the idea that all Jews, regardless of where they live and what they do, are automatically followers and supporters of the policies of the State of Israel – and part of the ‘worldwide conspiracy’ to control the world. While I have attended all of the Worldwide Control meetings in Ottawa and am certain we will prevail one day, I can attest to the fact that it is not truly a ‘Worldwide’ conspiracy – too many people know about it for it to be a true conspiracy – it is out in the open, so stop screaming about it and learn to live with the fact that we are going to take over shortly and rule the world (after all, we managed to elect the first Jewish president in the United States, Mr Barack Obama – he’s not actually black – he’s Jewish!).

As for supporting Israel, nothing could be further from the truth: most of the Council members are, in fact, not in support of the genocidal policies of the State of Israel and, I can say with authority, when the New World Government is installed in 2012, Israel will not be allowed to enter the World Parliament unless they have sorted out their situation – something that will be resolved under Rabbi Obama (of this we are certain).

Rest assured – this shall all come to pass or my name isn’t Pope Petrus II.

    Wie vie ist aufzuleiden!

The answer is to refer to Israel as the Jewish State.. That way all Jews are made responsible for the actions of the cruel inhuman zionists. Think to write The Jewish State instead of Israel. The Jewish religion is being dragged thew the gutter by zionistas. Call it the Jewish State, and have the Jews themselves protect their own tarnished image and religion.

81 % of ALL Jews live in Israel and the United States, which is a rather large clue to the often unified actions and foreign policies of those two nations. Five million people in Israel may be a majority there, but 5 million here in the USA is a tiny drop in the bucket. Those 5 million in the USA must be exerting quite an influence on a very large nation. A very large majority of American Jews support Israel no matter what, and would defend her honor more so, and faster than they would the United States. It’s very rare to find a Jewish person here in the US that supports the Palestinians in any way at all.

You caught me Steve. Thanks for the reminder. Whenever I conflate Israel’s behavior with Jewish character in general all I have to do is think of you.

I think it is unfair to expect ordinary people to keep the two brands separate in their mind, however. Israel and its Hasbara agents do everything they can to confuse the two concepts, so I don’t see how we can expect people to tolerate Jews on the one hand and not tolerate Israel on the other.

True – most Jews alive in the world today do not live under the threat of extermination or having their homes and property confiscated. Those threats are reserved for Palestinians and the justification offered it that the Jews need to be be protected. So the message is clear. Jews are more important than everyone else. Everyone in the world must step aside and let the Jews take what they want. And if you mention that murder and theft are unjust, you are insulted and unfairly categorized.

So – I disagree. I think all Jews have to wear the mantle that this has earned for them. Just like us Americans have to wear the mantle of injustice we have earned for killing many hundreds of thousands of people who had nothing to do with 9/11 – with American support for Israel is at the root of it for Jew and Gentile alike.

We have to accept the consequences of our behavior, and we can’t go around telling people to rationalize another reality.

    @ saladin
Salam brother, I am not a Jew, nor am I a Palestinian. As such I cannot speak for Palestinians, nor would I presume I had even had that right.

However, I am an Irish Republican and we have shared much in common with the Palestinian people in our struggle over the years in the North of Ireland. We have an expression here, it is written on many of our murals across the North: “ Ireland-Palestine-Two peoples, one struggle”

I support our negotiated peace process today, but I make no apologies for supporting the Irish right to armed struggle for the last 30 years before our peace agreement. Almost everyone I know was at one time or another in jail or interned by England. many died in Briths gaols. Those not jailed were murdered or beaten to death by British army or loyalist thugs. Even our children were murdered. Others died fighting against the British army for Ireland. I cannot travel one block without seeing some monument to our armed struggle volunteers (martyrs).

However, the armed struggle on its own was not enough to end the conflict. The ground game was crucial, and it is crucial in rsolving any armed struggle. So getting on board the British people was an important political advancement. Only the British people could put pressure on their own people, country and government, only they could go out and speak to other British people in order to help them see the injustices and death caused by their occupation of our country.

One such group was the “Troops Out Movement” created by British in England, and they worked very hard to get their country to leave Ireland for the Irish. See here:

Troops Out Movement was started by Irish solidarity activists in West London in late 1973. Its first main event, a large and successful public meeting, took place at Fulham Town Hall in early November of that year. TOM then expanded rapidly with branches being formed first in other areas of London and then throughout England, Scotland and Wales.By early 1974 TOM had quickly become a well-organised, established movement, ceaselessly campaigning for the withdrawal of British troops from the north of Ireland and on issues concerning truth, peace and justice for the Irish people. We campaign on issues of justice, policing, equality, demilitarisation, employment discrimination, cultural rights and the Irish language. TOM demands independent, international public judicial inquires into British crown forces’ collusion with unionist death squads, and indeed into the many instances when crown forces have themselves murdered and/or maimed Irish citizens. By joining TOM you too can help the Irish people to determine their own future, free from the interference of the British State. http://www.troopsoutmovement.com/index.htm

    >>>>I tell you this for a reason. Just as some members of the British public played a role in helping us, so to will some members of the Jewish public do the same for Palestine. Just like the British public were part of the key to realizing change in the North of Ireland, so too are the Jewish public the key to real change in Palestine. This is why people like Desertpeace and a few others serve an important role that cannot be carried out by Palestinians, if that makes sense.

With all our help and support, Palestine WILL be free inshallah

I come from a society that consider Israelis as enemies one of the reasons is they have an incessant need to come and kill us every few years. Anyhow, when I hear people speaking about Israelis it is usually in a political sense, “the Zionists” “the Israelis” it is not done in a religious manner because the real struggle is against an invading occupation, colonists and not all Jews. Though Israelis are the ones who are dragging Jews with them as someone said here because they keep reminding us that the whole issue is about them being Jews when that is not the case, whomever would have invaded Palestine and the neighboring countries we would be against them.

And true not all Jews are Zionists and not all Zionists are Jews, the Christian Zionists are the craziest ones. But I don’t agree that in total the majority of Jews are not with “Israel” or support it in one way or another. Does that make the struggle against Jews? Of course not we just want to get rid of the occupation the rest will fade away with it.

By the way just a random question, you live in “Israel”? But you support Palestinians so I’m wondering your house or the land you are on belong to who exactly and can you be living on it yet support Palestinians rights? If the Palestinians were to return and the land belongs to one of them would you return it?

When I used to live in New York, there were lots of Jews there, and Jewish friends. I found that many of the Jews there, were bright, and also friendly and I had a few Jewish friends. I did not talk too much about Israel to them or politics, thinking it was a touchy subject, when I am, well, rather anti-Zionist.
Anywho, a lot of them were also very well aware of what was going on in the world and polictically inclined. One of my Jewish friends, was in NYC when 9/11 happened. She automatically knew, as she said, it was an inside job…..
Over the years, it is prettey apparant that 9/11 was a joint zionist/usa job. My question, to any Jews, is, are you/were you aware that 9/11 was a zionist/usa job? And if so, when did you figure it out? Do you think that most Jews know it was an Zionist/USA job, more so than the average American Goyim? Thanks, just asking.

    we have the same father
    our mother is the earth
    we are all gods’ children
from the moment of our birth

    how we treat each other
is how we will be judged
    you can call yourself
    whatever you like
    a point i won’t begrudge

    you’ve been given gifts sublime
    but not for waging war
can’t you see i trust in you
    to realize what they’re for?

can’t you see your the hope
    the worlds been waiting on?
when are you going to cut the bs
put an end to the endless con?

when will you find the courage
to trust in the good of a man
that you haven’t met and never will
if you continue with this plan

    how can you judge another
    and give yourselves a pass
picking off folks helicopter gun ship
always seemed a little too crass

if you want to kill a man
you must look him in the eye
put your hands around his neck
    and listen to his cry

    listen to his pleading
    ‘i’m not ready to die’
take his life into your hands
    and let his spirit fly

then you will see his sorrow
then you will see his fear
you should know better after all
    when death is always near

    it’s just a suggestion i’ll throw out

Stereotyping is unfortunately the way of the world. The Jews didn’t bother differentiating the innocent Germans from the Nazis, or the innocent Muslims from the terrorists. So, the desire to be treated as an individual rings a little hypocritical. I only wish the Ziocons would give a little consideration to their fellow Jews who will pay the big price in a number of small ways day in and out for maybe decades. These idiots have managed to ruin the reputation of Jews worldwide, and it is only going to get worse as more and more people wake up…

More importantly present day so called jews are not really original jews. The original jews were black but like all black people they suffered from a syndrome that led them to breed themselves out to white. When you all come back to black then the world will right itself.

Bet you ignore the point i make as impossible twattle but i assure you there is more truth in what i have said than the fact you have hurt feelings about the word jew being written with a snall j rather than a capital one. I live in South Africa, I’m a white boy, 55 years old and was a conscript in the army in the 70’s.

I traveled to London, the US and Germany after the army stint and was vilified by all and sundry, just for being a South African. Never mind the fact that I had actively fought against the government. Never mind the fact that I had assisted the Umkhonte we Sizwe and the ANC. Never mind the fact that I had joined WTN International to report the atrocities of the apartheid state… the fact that I was a South African was enough to earn me the wrath of anyone in the world was enough for me to double my activities and help crush the Boer state.

So it must be with the jews…. they must either actively engage to resist the zionists or be a part of them… You are either part of the problem or part of the solution… no middle ground.

For those that are already racist or prejudice it is hard to believe that it is programmed into you, but the evidence is in the non-prejudice behavior of young children and how people in general behaved throughout history before any propaganda indoctrination. Call it whatever religion, race, or political name you wish, there is only one factor that has created war and evil, and that factor is superabundant (ad nauseum) wealth. In today’s world even most of the so-called Zionists are really just camouflaged pawns today and victims tomorrow. If you are the police or the military beating up protestors but you are not a billionaire then you are a fool. You are protecting those that will harm you and yours in the near future. No one is immune from the victimization by the insanely rich, it’s just a matter of time before the new soldier becomes an old serf.

The guy in the picture: ” I am jewish and i want israel to stop killing palestinians”.

But you want israel to steal their land and resources?!

A real anti-zionist is one who proclaims that israel has no right to exist.

A gentler, kinder zionist is STILL a zionist.

Don’t kid yourselves, if you are living on palestinian land, you might be a zionist.

If you’re a jew and support israel’s right to exist, you might be a zionist.

Stopping the killing is only step one. Get the f*** off their land, compensate them for all the murders you’ve committed, land and resources stolen (in the trillions for 60+ years), then educate yourselves and all the generations after you: that you make the nazi’s look like saints. Confess every evil deed and sin you and your cohorts committed.

Then we will believe “not all jews are zionists”.

Those of them who didn’t know Hebrew too well would understand to stay home, having had it intimated some time before that even if they can’t read it well that’s what it will mean even if it doesn’t actually say to stay home as no frivolous messages in Hebrew will be sent them.

If this surmise is wrong – anyone?, as that is asking Jews who are not Zionists to speak up. None have. Tight as a drum, isn’t it ?

kinder, gentler zionists are a great way to divide the anti-zionist movement.

if you support hard core boycotts for 1967 borders or better yet, one state with true democracy so the native semitians (palestinians) outnumber the invaders (european ashkenazim) then we anti-zionists are feeling ya’, anything else is just makeup on a pig

    @realisticbird:

    THIS:
“And true not all Jews are Zionists and not all Zionists are Jews, the Christian Zionists are the craziest ones. But I don’t agree that in total the majority of Jews are not with “Israel” or support it in one way or another. Does that make the struggle against Jews? Of course not we just want to get rid of the occupation the rest will fade away with it. ”

    is why I love you:)

    spot on!

In the French, we do not spell the name of members of a religion with a Capital letter, thus : christians, muslims, jews.

Good for you…..stand up for what you beleive in and don’t give up. The more people (especially jews) merge for truth, the more will follow.
