Based on original research in Palestine, the book shows how these companies can be targeted and provides the international BDS movement with the information necessary to bring the Palestinian struggle to the doorsteps of those who profit from Israeli apartheid.

Targeting Israeli Apartheid picks out Barclays Bank as the British bank with the most substantial investments in Israeli companies, including companies based in Israeli settlements. The book goes on to examine the investments of several British universities and UK pension funds revealing investments in companies based in Israeli settlements and arms companies supplying weapons to the Israeli state. Finally, the book shows how charities registered in the UK donate to the Israeli army and settlements.

Thank you for bringing this book to my attention. It is indeed the most useful source for information about Israel’s economic ties with the West and also about the exploitation of the occupied territories.
The book shows clearly that Israel in its present state and with the present social and economies structures cannot afford to end the occupation and also cannot afford to justly share the resources of the region with the Palestinian people because the Jewish economy depends on the resources from the occupied territories.
The Jewish leaders know that and they had at no time any intention to make peace with the Palestinians and let a two state solution happen. Peace talks were never more than a charade and a pitiful spectacle for the naive and daft. It is very clear that Israel’s diplomacy is based on the assumption that all gentiles (non-Jewish) are idiots.
Realizing this is sobering and the available options for peace are very limited indeed yet the book shows that Israel’s economy is vulnerable and a concerted effort can bring it down. This is the only viable way to solve the Israel-Palestinian conflict.

Hi..the book is really interesting and as rightly mentioned is a useful tool for activists mainly in the west. I am from India and we here have been quite active in the issue albeit our limitations living in a third world country. We had organised the Asia to Gaza caravan last year and right now we have initiated the Global March to Jerusalem campaign scheduled for 30 March 2012. Our government as well as the private sector have been cooperating with Israel on an increasingly day by day basis. India is posed to become the largest weapons purchaser from Israel too and our govt has various trade and commerce treaties too.
We had identified some Israeli real estate companies starting operations in India and we have planned for direct action campaigns in another two months’ time once the Global March is over. We would be very grateful if anyone could provide us with data, statistics and information pertaining to Indian companies in Israel as well as Israeli establishments in India.
